Alphonso Mango is often referred to as the king of mangoes because of its taste and color. These fruits approximately weigh between 150gm and 300gm each. It is also one of the most expensive kinds of mango and is grown mainly in western India. This variety of mango is known to contain nutrients, such as vitamins A, C & D. Some of these vitamins, potassium and fiber and antioxidant enzymes help to increase the resistance power in the body.

Product Description:

Mango pulp extraction from non-Gmo, Sorted sound ripened, washed fruits by Mechanical process. Screening & separation to make pulp free from particles, Impurities. Subsequent processing to make Commercial sterilization to ensure safety & composition is as per international standards. Overall processing is by maintaining strict hygienic conditions throughout the processing line.

Alphonso Mango Pulp Processing

Once the matured mangoes reach our factory, the mangoes are inspected and unloaded into ripening chambers where the mangoes are ripened naturally. After the ripening process, the Alphonso mangoes are fed into the belt for further sorting and processing. The mangoes are then washed with chlorinated and freshwater to eliminate foreign matter. The tip of the mango is cut manually. The destoned machinery separates the mango peels and seeds and the waste is sent out by a waste screw conveyor. We analyze the Alphonso mango puree product to verify it meets our customer specifications. The Alphonso mango pulp is passed through centrifugal separators and decanter to remove speck particles.
