Totapuri Mango Puree/ Pulp
Totapuri Mango is oblong in shape with prominent beak like pointed end and is about 7 inches long. The skin of the fruit is thick with a combination of colors like green and yellow. This variety of mango is known to contain nutrients, such as vitamins A, E, C & B5 and is an excellent source of Vitamin A and C. Some of these vitamins are good for glowing skin and its antioxidant enzymes provide nourishment to body and increase the resistance power.

Subsequent processing to make Commercial sterilization to ensure safety & composition is as per international standards. Overall processing is by maintaining strict hygienic conditions throughout the processing line

Totapuri Mango Pulp Process
Once the mangoes reach our manufacturing facility, the high-quality totapuri mangoes are inspected and loaded into ripening chambers. The fully matured totapuri mangoes are fed into the conveyor belts for further processing. The stones and peels of the totapuri mangoes are separated by destoner machinery and sent out by a waste screw conveyor. During the manufacturing process, the samples of the totapuri mango pulp are collected to check the quality parameters meeting our customer’s specifications. We have a central lab facility that has fully equipped machinery to analyze the product to prevent any microbial contamination. All batch samples of the totapuri mango puree are kept in a cold room for future verification. We have a strong technical team who manages the complete process and makes sure we deliver a product meeting international quality
